**SUMMARY**:
This role will work within our workshop and will take ownership of our stock management, preparation and shipping of materials, maintaining the yard and ensuring that health and safety is at the forefront of all that you do.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Control of existing and new stock
- Picking and shipment of stock items.
- Review and complete stock checks.
- Update electronic management system as required with regards to the stock incomings and outgoings.
- Review and filing of applicable certification.
- Control of equipment calibration logs.
- Ensure all calibrated equipment is maintained and within current calibration dates.
- Obtain quotes and arrange for the equipment to be recalibrated / certified.
- Completion and packaging of equipment for shipping.
- Procurement of completion materials such as crates, pallets, boxes etc.
- Arrangement of delivery notes.
- Packing of all goods ready for shipment.
- Ensure all certification has been completed and file within electronic system.
- Perform basic Quality Control checks on Goods Inwards and Goods Outwards
- Perform any preparation of equipment for painting.
- Cleaning and restoration of equipment following painting.
- As required assist with local deliveries of goods.
- Ad hoc duties as required in line with your role & responsibilities.

Our **Workshop Stock Controller** should have:

- Previous workshop Experience
- Mechanical Background (desirable)
- Awareness of QHSE Practices
- Good knowledge of safe working practice
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- Current Forklift License (desirable)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of stock management systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
