As a Master Scheduler at KLA, you will play a crucial role in aligning our production schedules with factory capacity, material availability, and customer expectations. You will collaborate with various departments, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Engineering, to optimize our production efficiency and reliability. Your strategic planning activities will support our business growth and ensure we meet our financial goals.

**Your day to day responsibilities will include**:

- Proactively plan the master production schedule to align with factory capacity, material availability, customer expectations, and financial goals.
- Develop and manage the master production schedule.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize slot plan efficiency.
- Ensure production schedules align with factory capacity and material availability.
- Provide strategic proposals to Manufacturing Operations executives.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Engineering to optimize slot plan efficiency and reliability. Understand constraints and limitations, and constantly provide strategic proposals to Manufacturing Operations executives.
- Demonstrate outstanding presentation skills, as this role requires leading weekly GM meetings and Operations meetings to monitor production status and strategize for success.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure long-term business success.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Operations, Supply Chain, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in Master Scheduling, Manufacturing Operations, Finance, or relevant experience in Supply Chain.
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP and Power BI.
- Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools (MS Excel, Tableau).
- Team player with a positive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill large amounts of data into coherent, summarized written and oral presentations with appropriate context.
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with peers and cross-functional teams, multi-task, and drive actions to completion under deadlines.
- Able to work under limited supervision; previous coaching experience is preferred.
