**Weekend Part Time Customer Services Advisor Vacancy**

We are looking for a **Part-Time Time Weekend Customer Services Advisor **to join our busy e-Commerce and Fulfilment team at our Head Office in Middlesbrough. The role requires someone who can work every weekend and one day during the week.

Successful applicants will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in our e-Commerce department, working with our online customer services team.

It’s a diverse role, and full training will be provided.
- Dealing with our Live Chat
- Processing customer returns and exchanges
- Processing customer payments

**Who are we looking for?**

As this is largely a customer service role, we are looking for someone who is very confident talking to customers on the phone - handling queries professionally and to the high standard our customers expect. Experience in this type of role is preferred but not essential.

As the role is predominantly desk based you must be confident using a computer and familiar with Microsoft programs for example word, teams and excel.

We’re a busy team, so we’re looking for a team player who is reliable, hardworking, and willing to get involved in the various tasks our team undertakes The nature of the role will require someone who can multi-task and enjoys a varied working day.

This is a permanent position of 22.5 hours.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: Up to £11.33 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 22.5 per week
