The role of **Care Quality Monitoring Officer** is key to enabling and supporting the quality of services experienced. You will be keen to work closely with providers, bringing your knowledge and experience to support them to deliver new responses to meet the changing expectations of the people of Solihull.

We want people to have personalised care and support that exceeds their expectations and helps them to live a good quality of life. You will play a key part in helping to achieve this by ensuring compliance with standards, service specifications and care plans.

You will need to be able to work at pace, be a collaborative team worker and committed to delivering the best outcomes for people through your influence. We value colleagues who bring enthusiasm to deliver excellent care services, are resilient and motivated. You may have experience and skills developed in direct care provision, social care or health roles, or through commissioning and quality assurance. You will bring your knowledge of what matters to people who use care and support services, and how to enable providers to meet expectations.

The Commissioning Team currently operates a hybrid approach to include time working in the office and working from home.
