**Job requirements**:

- Provide excellent customer service in-store, assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and purchases.
- Plans, prioritises and organises work to optimize the use of resources and meet deadlines
- Ensure the showroom is well-maintained and displays are attractive.
- Stock replenishment as required
- Assist customers with loading their cars as required.
- Any other tasks as requested by the Manager or Director.

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail experience is essential.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales processes is a bonus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule.
- Must be a bright and friendly team player.
- Must be physically fit because there will be some heavy lifting required.

**Working hours**:

- 40 hours per week on rota'd days. There is some weekend and Bank holiday working required.
