**Job Purpose and Scope**:
To work alongside the other members of the building services department on various projects to understand the requirements of the role on site. Collaborating with project managers and team members to develop detailed electrical project plans and timelines. This could involve conducting site surveys, evaluating electrical programme activities, and determining equipment and materials required. Supervision and monitoring progress of the M&E subcontractors ensuring quality, health and safety and programme requirements are met. To ensure that the Client receives the most appropriate engineering solutions. Assisting and supporting the design and layout of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and communication systems. This may involve using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create electrical drawings and schematics.
