A manufacturing business close to Truro and Redruth is looking for Production Operators to work at their small factory. This is an excellent opportunity to work only day shifts, Monday-Friday, 7am - 3pm. This role will see you working for a fast-pacedbusiness, based in the centre of Cornwall.
What will the role involve?
- You'll be a valuable member of the team, using excellent attention to produce small devices, or parts for larger appliances
- You'll be assigned to various stations depending on the business needs
- Full training and an induction will be provided, and you'll work with a supportive team
What else do I need to know?
- You can start work immediately
- No weekends
- The role is temporary with an immediate start
- You'll be working in a secure, safe environment
What are we looking for?
- Ideally you will need previous experience working in a factory, warehouse or production role or you will have to be very motivated to learn if you are coming from a different background
- A good understanding of Maths and English
- When things get busy you'll be able to work under pressure and 'muck in' as part of a team to achieve targets
- With outstanding attention to detail, a common-sense approach and great interpersonal skills, you'll be motivated to do a fantastic job
