**Duties**:
Ensure all products conform to customer specification and meet the standards dictated in IPC-A-610.
Ensure that paperwork is correctly completed, and quality processes have been followed throughout the build.
Work closely with the Manufacturing department and Account Managers
Programming AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) Machines
Perform First off and Final inspection using AOI
Perform Visual Inspection of Final Assemblies and Reworked Products
Goods Inwards, bare board, metalwork and cable inspection
Keep records of faults found for statistical analysis
Work with Quality Representative to create first article reports, investigate complaints and returns and create non-conformity reports

**Skills & Experience**:
IPC-A-610 certification preferable
A good knowledge of electronic components is essential
AOI machine programming skills are preferable
Experience of visual inspection would be ideal
Must have good analytical skills and an excellent attention to detail
