Operations and Compliance Administrator

The Operations and Compliance Administrator is a key position to support the operationally delivery of the services offered by Oberon Solutions and that they are carried out to the standard set out by the company and that the Company remains compliant at all times and meets deadlines for service delivery.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain internal process to support the operational delivery of the outsourced HR and payroll Services.
- Enter and maintain all data on Voyager
- Support in maintaining data for all Limited Company Contractors
- Register and complete all required paperwork for Temporary Workers
- Check Invoices from Limited company contractors prior to submission to Payroll Manager (external) for upload onto Xero
- Support limited company contractors and temporary workers with any operational issues that they may have
- Gather data for the preparation of weekly and monthly external payroll for various clients.
- Gather data for the preparation of invoices to the client for Contractor Management Services
- Gather data for preparation of invoices to the client for the outsourced HR service
- When required, support the business with any resourcing needs using Voyager

**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

- Aberdeen, Aberdeen City: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
