**Aneurin Leisure is seeking a friendly and professional Front of House Assistant to join our team at the historic Bedwellty House and Park. This role offers a unique chance to be the face of our beautiful venue and contribute to our visitors' memorable experiences.**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist visitors, providing exceptional customer service
- Manage reception area, handle phone calls, and respond to public inquiries
- Promote house events and activities
- Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records
- Assist with administrative tasks, including word processing and correspondence

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 3 GCSEs (A-G) including Maths and English
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Cash handling experience
- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (desirable)
- Welsh language skills (desirable)
