Grafton Banks Finance is recruiting for a FP&A Manager to join a large well-known organisation firm near Brighton with significant working from home options.
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this is an opportunity to shape FP&A processes with scope to have a positive impact on the business and be a key driver for change and transformation.
You’ll be responsible for supporting the annual and 5-year forecast cycle, working with the rest of the business to develop accurate business plans. Through an integrated framework with monthly business performance reporting, you will provide the reports andanalysis to advise management on the progress and effectiveness of the company’s strategic plans and investments.
You will support the development and maintenance of IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) capability to enhance the quality of forecasting and integration across the operational teams.
Your duties will include:
- Assist the Senior FP&A Manager to provide timely and accurate management reporting to relevant groups within the business.
- Working with commercial business partners to understand key variances to budget/forecast and implications for future performance.
You:
- Qualified CIMA Accountant or equivalent qualification
- Strong excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to translate data into a narrative
