New 12 month contract for a campus operations project manager to start in June working for a prestigious organisation based in central London.

You will be working for a brilliant leader who willempower you to deliver your role for this brilliant organisation.

**Description**

You will be responsible for:
Managing a team of 4 assistant project managers to deliver all small projects under 1million for the University campus based in central London.

Responsible for all pre, during and post project management and liaison with the construction contractors

Financial budgets and costing

Dealing with complex projects and senior stake holders

Legislative compliance responsibility

Asbestos and Legionella management

Working both from home and on site, initially for a period of 12 months

**Profile**

We are looking for:
Project management experience within a commercial organisation

Experience with working with listed buildings or heritage sites

Small works or capital projects management experience

Staff management experience of managing a small team of project managers

Good communication skills

HND or HNC

We are looking for significant expertise in this area, someone who is looking for a new challenge in a rewarding environment.
