*One year fixed term contract with view to become permanent*

**Main duties**:
Liaise with internal departments while providing all customers with outstanding service

**The Role**:

- Support the BDM with quotes and sales orders
- Liaise with internal departments with the sales orders
- Deal with customer enquiries
- Send marketing material to customers / translations of these
- Provide sales reports
- General administration for the BDM / GM including diary management
- Ensure customer data base is kept up to date
- Fluent in Italian essential ( written and spoken )
- Fluent in French an advantage but not a requirement
- Experience working in Sales / Customer service
- Background or interest in IT / IT hardware beneficial
- Knowledge of CRM systems an advantage
- Excellent MS office skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Professional, motivated and enthusiastic

**Salary**: up to £25,000 p.a. (depending on experience)
