**Role overview**

We are looking for a Bookings Advisor to deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner maintaining the highest standards of Customer Service.

**Key responsibilities**

Your key responsibilities as a Bookings Advisor will be:

- Answering inbound telephone calls promptly.
- Qualifying customer requirements.
- Accurately recording customers details onto our internal database.
- Dealing with a variety of service and technical queries.
- Liaising with our Service and Parts teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Making outbound calls to fill the Service Workshop diaries.
