Job snapshot
In your role, you will be required to fulfil the full range of Warehouse Operative duties across the Healthcare 21 Group.
You will be a vital part of the HC21 supply chain process. The duties include the efficient and ac-curate receipt, storage and dispatch of our product portfolio including overseeing the pick, pack and delivery activity. You will also be responsible for ensuring that customer needs are met.

**Responsibilities**:
**Not limited to but will include**:
Timely and accurate receipting of deliveries from suppliers.
Daily picking, assembly, packing and shipping of product orders.
Organise outbound shipments ensuring freight is handled in compliance with Company policies.
Use of HC21 Inventory Control System to maintain full traceability and accountability of the materials, including investigating any variances arising.
Ensure demonstration stock is always in a saleable condition.
Conduct regular stock cycle counts as scheduled.
Liaise with group warehouses regarding transfer of stock.
Liaise with Customer Service team and other Company departments to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
Take responsibility for the security of the warehouse stock.
Delivery of orders to customers as required.
Ensure that all warehouse operations including general housekeeping, allocation of material and shipping of finished goods are conducted to the highest safety standards to meet with health and safety requirements.

Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
Have the ability to work unsupervised whilst delivering a high-quality service.
Have strong administrative skills incorporating planning and organisational skills.
Have good communication skills.
Have a flexible approach to work and be able to enthusiastically embrace change and new challenges.
Have experience working with a Warehouse Management System is desirable.
Have a Forklift licence and completed Manual Handling training, this is desirable.
