**Claims Advisor (Business to Business)**

Pertemps are excited to be recruiting for permanent Claims Advisors on a full-time basis:
**Main duties include**:

- Liaising with business customers, third parties and insurance providers in a professional manner
- Learning to negotiate, agree settlements and manage outstanding payments
- Provide updates and maintain internal systems with customer records
- Use your initiative to solve problems and queries
- Achieve quality and service levels, build relationships, and achieve the best outcome possible

**Hours**:
37.5 hours per week between 8.30am and 5.30pm, 5 days out of 6 (Monday to Saturday)
