Responsibilities:
Supervise and assess contact sessions, providing support and guidance to children and parents/relatives as appropriate, both before and after contact.

**Must hold a relevant level 3 qualification (please contact us if not sure)**

a. Provide programmes of contact activity such as extended/external contact, indirect contact, handover support, etc.

b. Take appropriate action to protect children’s safety and promote their welfare, intervening where this is threatened and terminating the contact if deemed necessary.

c. Prepare and maintain case records and details of contact, in order to formulate how and if contact should progress. Perform associated administrative tasks and maintain strict confidentiality.

d. Write or otherwise contribute to reports for the courts or other agencies within two hours of the contact taking place. If this is out of hours to write up the next morning.

e. Take part in client feedback processes, record-keeping, monitoring and other aids to the evaluation of services

f. Attend planning meetings, reviews, supervision and other related meetings as required

g. Liaise and represent Horsham Child Contact Centre with other professionals and agencies

h. Must hold a relevant level 3 qualification

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
