£27,304 - £30,743 per annum
**PLUS Bursary up to £1,800 per year (qualification level dependent)

**Who are we looking for?**

Due to our growing apprenticeship provision, we are looking to appoint an experienced Trainer for Carpentry and Joinery to join our professional apprenticeship team. The post holder will coach, train, mentor, assess, and support apprentices to achieve theirfull potential in theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and behaviours both in their workplace and at college.

The role is based at the Stephen Burke Construction Academy in Swadlincote, South Derbyshire alongside work-based visits to apprentices in their place of work.

We’re currently offering hybrid working where you can choose to work at home or the office. However, all employees must be on campus for at least three days per week. Remote working has to be mutually beneficial and have the interests of the College andour learners at its heart.
