Are you an experienced site Forklift Operator/Labourer with a high standard of competence and a keen eye for health and safety?

We are a multi-award-winning housebuilder that operates nationally across 14 regions and 3 timber frame factories Right now we are recruiting for a Labourer to join our site at Witham St Hughs, Lincolnshire.

As a Forklift Operator/Labourer you will safely transport and distribute materials and goods around the site as directed by site management and carry out the duties of a General Labourer to the standard of competence and quality workmanship as required by the Company. Key responsibilities include:
Distribute materials in a safe and conscientious manner from the site compound/bulk storage area to the workplace

Unloading, distributing and storing deliveries

Ensuring materials are in the correct locations

Security of the site, plots and all materials

Health and safety throughout

Cleanliness and maintenance of the site

Key Criteria

CITB Certificate of competence for rough terrain/telescopic forklifts

Previous experience of driving forklifts within the construction sector on building sites

Hardworking/conscientious

Self motivated

Honest/co-operative/trustworthy

Knowledge of the building industry/material/components
