Technical Co-ordinator

Managing list of upcoming Technical Reviews in the team
- Manage the diary for and booking of vehicle tests
- Maintain accurate list of escalated issues and make sure each has an owner assigned.
- Maintaining list of part approval requests
- Maintain the departmental skills matrix and list of training needs
- Maintaining employee information for the department stats/CWIs/Recruitment
- Arranging new starter onboarding
- Administration of the electronic timesheet system for the department
- Managing the organisation and storage of Company documents
- Raising orders
- Communicating with other teams inside and outside of JCB

Essential
- Attention to detail
- Excellent Microsoft Office and Teams skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Good communication skills - internal and external

Desirable
- Experience working in an engineering organisation

Start Date: ASAP

Contract type: Permanent/FTC
