**What you’ll be doing**:
- Working in a small, close-knit team with a customer centric focus
- Support bookings - Down the line live interviews, Pre-records and Video on demand
- Look after and guide broadcasters through the booking portal
- 1st line advice on technical queries, evaluate and escalate with the team
- Onboarding and training new clients on our camera, app and process.
- Assist customers with camera tests
- Client facing, assisting our commercial team with customer retention activities
- Regularly liaising with our clients to ensure they’re happy with our service

The ability to put the client experience at the heart of everything we do?

The ability to embrace new technology and develop and enhance new procedures?
**It would also be useful to have**:
- Experience in Media, Broadcast or related industries
- Previously used CRMs
- Previously used Ticketing systems
- Interest in News and Current Affairs

There is also 25 days annual leave with an option to buy up to five days after your first year.
