**Job role**

Vita Student seeks experienced, but above all passionate, people to uphold aspirations. In every changing environment you will be required to support the management team on site in the delivery of all service KPIS, H&S and operational policies and procedures.

**Supervisor Responsibilities**:

- Team reward and recognition
- Coordination of team birthdays and anniversary's
- App content delivery
- Yammer content delivery
- Drive google ratings
- Event stock ordering
- Coordinate Event weekly feedback
- Viewings
- Management of daily house keeping
- House Keeping refusal management
- Welfare checks
- Stock orders and Stock takes
- Vending machine management
- Giving back initiatives
- Bike maintenance
- Padoq support
- Weekly testing support
- Breakfast and kitchen management

**Skill requirements**:

- Good communication skills
- Ability to work alone without direction
- Passed level 1 Everest and is keen to continue to develop
- Problem-solving attitude
- Good planning and organisations skills.
- Works well as part of a team
- Understands the Vita Student service pillars and is a role model in its delivery
- Seeks out development opportunities
- Proactive in approach to the day-to-day operation
- Understand Key service deliverables

**Reporting**:
This role will report directly to the Residence management team

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
