RH Commercial Vehicles have over 40 years’ experience in the commercial vehicle market. As part of the Renault Trucks network, we operate from six sites in the East Midlands. We are a large team of proud professionals who are dedicated to delivering a fast and dedicated service that customers can depend on. The Finance Team forms an integral part of our business, and this is your opportunity to join a growing business and forward-thinking Team.

**When the job is yours, you'll be asked to...**
- Responsibility for the Sales Ledger
- Effective credit control on business-to-business accounts
- Chasing Overdue Accounts by Telephone
- Invoice query and account issue resolution
- Update and maintain all customer contact notes
- Identify and escalate potential issues to the Team leader
- Allocate payments to customers’ accounts
- Sending weekly and monthly invoices and statements to customers
- Opening and vetting new accounts
- Taking credit card payments
- Weekly & Monthly reports

**To Succeed you'll need...**
- To have previous commercial knowledge and exposure to all aspects of credit control in a business-to-business environment.
- You must be an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing in order to effectively resolve issues and build relationships.
- Be proactive and persistent in dealings with problems and queries.
- Have a professional demeanour in dealing with both Customers and Colleagues. Have a mindset of Continuous improvement to develop processes and systems to maximise collections and efficiencies.

**You’ll really hit the ground running if you have**:

- Previous experience in the commercial vehicles and vehicle rentals industry
- Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics GP
