**Our Spa Hosts**

You’ll be the start of the customer journey, providing a personalised, friendly and efficient service to every guest upon arrival and making their Spa Experience one to remember.
- Attending to and handling guests in a caring and helpful manner, with a commitment to approaching any issues in a positive way.
- Provide our guests with an orientation of our Spa facilities and ensuring they are provided with any snacks or refreshments as part of their experience.
- You’ll have excellent knowledge of treatments and facilities on offer in the Spa, helping guests to make decisions on the choices available.
- You’ll also develop the knowledge of activities and services available to our guests across the wider estate and support our guests with any reservations or bookings.
- You will support the team in ensuring the Spa Standards are always immaculate and ensure that an adequate provision of towels, robes and slippers are available throughout the Spa and that the used towel drops are regularly emptied.

Our Spa is no ordinary Hotel Spa With guest wellbeing at the fore, it sets its own standards through unparalleled design, carefully selected to celebrate the surroundings. Rich in style with our own Medieval Herb Garden, an extensive array of breath-taking thermal and water facilities including Hammam, Rasul, Halotherapy Room, Picture Window Sauna and Indoor/Outdoor Wild pool with hydrotherapy. The spa has seven treatment rooms, which include spaces for Manicure and Pedicure.
