Can you imagine going through a week and not speaking to a single person? Unfortunately, this is a real-life circumstance for many people living in the Essex
Age Well East offers a free befriending service to vulnerable people living in Essex who are lonely or isolated. We support anyone over the age of 18 in need of friendship.
Age Well East provides full training and a nominated Friendship Coordinator to support you throughout your volunteering journey.
Volunteers must be happy to provide 2 x character references and have an enhanced DBS check (paid for and arranged by Age Well East).
This is a remote position.
