**DRIVING LICENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE AS THE ROLE IS COMMUNITY BASED.**

As a Community Care Worker, you will ensure that our service users receive person-cantered quality care in line with their personal care plans. You will provide a range of services to enable vulnerable adults remain independent within their home

Ideally you will be a Friendly, Warm, and welcoming individual with passion for making a diffrence to peoples lives.

Expereince is not essestial aslong as you have the right values we can train you
