**Job title: Administrator - HYBRID WORKING
Location: Epsom
**Salary**: £25,000 - £30,000**
**3 x days in the office - 2 x working from home**

Our client is looking for an Administrator to join their friendly, close-knit team.
**Job Role**:
- Assist the operations team in improving business processes within the wider servicing teams to offer the best possible service to clients.
- Responsible for ensuring all departments within Operations are working as effectively and efficiently as possible
- Assist with the research, development, implementation, reporting and monitoring of the various systems used by the business.
- Responsible for setup of new computers, new user accounts and providing access to software to other staff members around the business.
- Responsible for folder and template management of Dropbox, Salesforce and other systems used within the business, as directed.
- Responsible for maintaining IT registers and assisting staff with IT queries.
- Assist in creating, improving, and updating regular reports to provide a snapshot for various departments within the business.
- Assist in the creation and management of department dashboards across all systems.
- Assist in undertaking research and testing on operating systems the business uses to establish the best solution
- Create and maintain user guides for the systems used
- Responsible for maintaining office inventory and processing orders, where required.
- Responsible for managing and liaising with all third-party office relationships.
- Assist in implementing office changes and distribution of office keys/alarm codes.
- Responsible for arranging staff and office photography, where required.
- Responsible for managing office amenities
- Any other general office duties that may be requested
**Skill /Experience**:
- The ability to follow through and follow up with newly introduced processes
- The ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with other members of the Operations team and other servicing teams within the business
- The ability to work closely and cooperatively with management and staff
- Strong organizational skills with high level attention to detail
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Sound time management skills with the ability to work to priorities and deadlines
- All work will be performed according to company policies and standards, in the spirit of the company’s vision.
- All proprietary company information will be held as strictly confidential outside the company.
- Comply with all companywide business systems and processes
