Marketing Manager

**BASIC SALARY**: £25,000 - £35,000

**LOCATION**: Northampton - hybrid / flexi working

Although this is a hybrid / flexi role, we are a close knit team and we require you to be close enough to the office that it's not an issue to travel in when needed, therefore you could commute from Northampton, Kettering, Wellingborough, Daventry, Bedford,Olney

Having experienced year on year growth, with no signs of slowing down, we're in need of a Marketing Manager who'll oversee our small, but ambitious and talented, Marketing team. You'll take ownership of the Marketing strategy, working closely with our growingSales team to contribute to our successes.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**: Marketing Manager

No two days are the same in our office (is it is any office?), but you can expect to:

- Work closely with both our Sales Manager and Directors, understanding commercial goals and ensuring the Marketing strategy aligns and achieve these goals.
- Manage the marketing budget wisely to gain positive ROI.
- Create content to facilitate the strategy.
- Manage, develop and mentor 1 direct report and 3 indirect reports, ensuring in house marketing processes are executed effectively.
- Research: have a curious mindset in order to research relevant sources of information required to produce valuable insight.

Critically, to be our Marketing Manager, you'll have commercial experience with fantastic copy-writing skills, and:

- Have previous experience in a Marketing position where you were responsible for all aspects from copy-writing to the website to events and everything in between.
- B2B experience ideally with multiple SKUs. The closer to technical / industrial the better.
- Experience of an e-commerce online store management system; we use OpenCart, if you've not used it, don't worry. If you have, it's a bonus
