We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of **Home** **Care Assistant **to join our team here at **West Park Care **operating in **Otley, Guiseley & Harrogate areas.**
- **THIS POSITION IS NOT SOLELY BASED IN OTLEY - YOU MUST BE WILLING TO COVER HARROGATE AREA.**_

**Contract**:ALL staff members are on a contract with a GUARANTEED amount of hours. We DO NOT do zero hour contracts, so don’t worry, you know for certain you’re getting the hours you want to work each week.
**Hours**:Part time hours on a rota basis. All staff work alternative weekends so we can provide continuity of care and keep it fair for all staff.
**Pay**:£13 per hour weekdays*, £14.50 per hour on weekends & bank holidays* PLUS £16 for any overtime you’d like to work.
Experience may be an advantage, but if you're a genuinely caring person with the right attitude, then we want to speak with you. No one day is ever the same, which is why we love what we do
**Visits to clients will include the following;**
- Supporting with personal care, such as showers and washing.
- Supporting with dressing and undressing
- Supporting with nutrition & hydration
- Supporting with medication administration
- Supporting with cleaning & housework
- Supporting with shopping & other errands
- Companionship visits

- You will be paid your agreed hours even if clients cancel or we don’t have work to offer you. We do not believe in zero-hour contracts as we value our team
- **Minimum call duration's** - We **do not **do 15 minute calls as we don’t want our staff or clients to feel rushed.
