**HSEQ Administrator** **Location**:Scunthorpe, DN15 8XE **Salary**:£20K - £25K per annum, DOE **Contract**:Full time, Permanent **Hours**:42.5 hours per week, 7.45am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 7.45am - 3.45pm Friday **Benefits**: 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), 5% employee and 5% employer pension, Employee Assistance Helpline, Death in Service benefit **We are Saferoad VRS and we are recruiting.** We are a leading supplier and installer of Vehicle Restraint Systems including Safety Barrier and Parapet Systems; we are also one of the market leaders installing Environmental Barrier (Acoustic) and General Fencing, working nationwide on secured contracts. We are now recruiting for an HSEQ Administrator to support the Health and Safety Department with general administration and processes related to the Management of Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Training. **As our HSEQ Administrator you will**: - Undertake all duties within the HSEQ department in a professional manner ensuring confidentiality is kept at all times. - Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all co-workers, suppliers and clients. - Prioritise workload accordingly to ensure critical records are always maintained. - Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner, taking, and forwarding messages when necessary. - Greet and meet visitors to the HSEQ department - Process incoming information and updating the relevant spreadsheets such as Point Of Work Assessments (POWA), Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS), Tool Box Talks (TBT) etc... - Produce order numbers and where necessary liaise with providers. - Create files and processing all personal information received at induction from personnel. Updating of these files as required throughout the individual’s employment. - Issue and collating of annual health, HAVS and biennial Display screen questionnaires. - Process of drugs and alcohol testing paperwork. - Updating of the critical supplier register. - Booking of all safety critical medicals for employed people and subcontractors (where required). If booked for subcontractors, ensure that they are contra-charged. Monitoring of due dates for the medicals and arranging for new medicals. - Scanning in of accident and incident reports and investigations and typing up of all investigations undertaken by the HSEQ department. - Complete all questionnaires received directly from companies, clients or our Estimators or Managers. - Maintain websites that require our information being constantly updated such as Constructionline, Achilles, RISQS, Builders Profile etc. - Assisting with all HSEQ audits undertaken on any of our policies, procedures, or systems. - Attend any training courses that we deem to be relevant to the position of HSEQ Administrator. **In addition to be successful in this role you must have**: - Prior experience in a similar office-based environment, in an administrative role. - Strong organisational skill and ability to prioritise. - Clear and concise written and communication skills **If you feel you have the necessary skills and experience to be successful in this role click on "APPLY" today, forwarding an up to date copy of your CV for consideration in the first instance** **No agencies please.
