We’re on the lookout for a kind, committed and capable **female** Live-In Carers to support a warm and engaging lady in her own home in Edinburgh on a 2 week on, 2 week off rota. This is more than just a job - it’s an opportunity to provide one-to-one care that’s truly person-centred, in a supportive and respectful environment. **What’s the role about?**

You’ll be living in with the client, offering daily assistance with her care needs and supporting her to live as independently as possible. From help around the home to trips out in the community, your presence will be both reassuring and empowering.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Assisting with personal care
- Preparing meals and encouraging good nutrition and hydration
- Promoting safety and mobility within the home
- Being a friendly face and a comforting presence
- Monitoring health and wellbeing, and keeping others informed
- Attending appointments and social activities together

**A bit about you**:

- Must have experience working as a live in carer
- Calm, patient, and a natural listener
- Clear and confident communicator
- Comfortable working independently and using your initiative
- Must be able to **drive and have access to a car** (mileage will be reimbursed)giving.
