**Part Time Business Support**

- **About the role**:_
- Client on-boarding process
- Dealing with basic client queries
- Managing client workflow
- Company secretarial duties
- Marketing support
- Managing diaries
- Booking client meetings
- Office supplies monitoring and purchasing
- HR administrative support
- Organising events
- Administrative duties including answering the telephone.
- **Requirements**:_
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- IT literate as we are a cloud based firm
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- We offer flexibility around school holidays if required._

Pay will be based on exact hours and experience.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 FTE

Schedule:

- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shifnal: reliable commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Shifnal

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
