Anderson Knight are recruiting an experienced HR Adviser to support a client in Stirling on a full time, permanent basis. This is a hybrid working role where you will spend at least 2 days working in the office and the remainder from home. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will have strong coaching skills and be experienced in managing a range of ER issues.

**Main Duties**
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels within the organisation.
- Support team leaders in understanding and implementing policies and procedures aligned with best practices in people management.
- Take the lead in managing HR cases across your business areas, including attendance issues, performance management, grievances, restructures, redundancies, and job re-evaluations.
- Policy Development: Support and collaborate with the wider HR team in the development, implementation and maintenance of HR policies.
- Confidential Issues: Support People Leaders in handling sensitive and confidential issues, including those related to health and wellbeing.
- Manage flexible working requests, ensure all inquiries are handled efficiently and appropriately.
- Lead the production of regular board reports, including statistical and written analysis on topics such as employee engagement, sickness absence, turnover, and trends. Identify improvement opportunities and present findings to the Head of HR.
- Provide advice on pro-active actions to address any emerging issues or changes.
- Representation and Projects: Represent the HR department in relevant business meetings and assist in HR projects delegated by the Head of HR.
- Conduct attendance and performance training sessions to managers across the business

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**
- At least 2 years experience in an HR Adviser position
- Strong coaching, negotiation and mediation skills
- Degree qualified
- Member of CIPD
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated
- Full UK Driving license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
