About the role
- You'll be learning how to use technologies including LinkedIn, Bullhorn, Sourcebreaker, Broadbean, Cube19 & many more.
- You will be working alongside a senior consultant helping to match graduates with the ideal role.
- You will become commercially aware of the market you are working in.
- You will be tasked with creating ideas around social media and engagement.
- You will be taking the fear from graduates by supporting and managing throughout the hiring process.

- A degree or equivalent
- Confidence and determination
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- You will have the motivation to succeed and be resilient
- Ability to commute to Chester City Centre
