Transformation Project Lead

Hybrid Working - Office, Site and Home-Working

6 Month FTC - The role will then move into a permanent position of Business Improvement Manager

**About the Role**

Our client is proud to be one of the UK’s leading Facilities Management providers. We have various teams who are dedicated to delivering high quality services that enhance the culture, strategy and business performance of the customers we serve. We are currently looking for a Transformation Project Lead.

As the Transformation Project Lead, you will work alongside the Account Director to lead the mobilisation and transition of a leading multi-million-pound account in the UK You will form a key part of the Strategic PMO with the customer and internal leadership team, ensuring key activities are implemented throughout the programme and report transparently to the wider stakeholder group.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define project scope and articulate through a structured and planned approach
- Work with SMEs to validate data and act as an escalation point for data discrepancies
- Ensure all Health and Safety/Fire procedures are followed, and standards are consistently achieved across all the sites
- Support the analytical capability of the team through effective challenge & communication

**Professional and personal competencies/qualifications**
- Background in new contract Transition delivery
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve consistently high levels of service
- Must have an engaging, high-energy personality, able to demonstrate professionalism, multitasking and organisational skills from previous roles
