We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused **NEC Housing Specialist Officer** to join our ICT team at PA Housing.

This role is all about supporting, developing, and improving our **NEC Housing system** — the digital backbone of how we deliver great services to our residents. You’ll gather user requirements, manage upgrades, test new modules, and help train colleagues to get the most out of our systems.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Lead on supporting and developing the NEC Housing system across PA Housing
- Collect and document user requirements, plan system changes, and manage testing (UAT)
- Manage the implementation of new processes and modules within NEC
- Review existing workflows and recommend improvements to drive efficiency
- Develop and maintain user acceptance test scripts and process documentation
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to evaluate and improve digital solutions
- Support ICT training and help colleagues make the most of system updates
- Attend NEC User Group meetings to keep up to date with developments and share best practice
- Provide occasional out-of-hours support as part of the ICT rota

**What we’re looking for**

You’ll be a great fit if you:

- Have experience as a **Business Analyst** or ICT professional in a fast-paced environment
- Understand **NEC (Northgate) Housing systems** and how they support housing operations
- Have knowledge of SQL and confidence analysing data
- Can build great relationships across departments and with external partners
- Communicate clearly and confidently, translating technical issues into plain language
- Are organised, analytical, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Have a passion for service improvement and innovation
- Are a positive team player with a “can-do” attitude and attention to detail
