**About the role**:
The desired SEN Teaching Assistant will demonstrate excellent communication skills, engagement with pupils and will gain extensive experience working alongside excellent practitioners who put children at the heart of everything they do.

The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will be working with a variety of primary schools within the Southend area who are focused on supporting students to reach their full potential. **Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of SEN Teaching Assistant you will:

- Have a desire to support young people with special educational needs and disabilities
- Have a caring, positive and flexible attitude
- Understand the needs of students with learning difficulties
- Be reliable in both attendance and punctuality

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

- Experience working with children
- QTS, ECT’s welcome to apply
