**Python Developer - Flask**

Kidlington, Oxford (1 day a week in office ideally)

£50k - £60k (dependant on experience)

I'm looking for an experienced Python Developer to join an innovative software business near Oxford who specialise in building innovative products for the distribution sector. They are a tight-knit, highly established technology company who boast a fantastic,flexible culture enjoyed by a small software production team of software engineers and consultants - a very relaxed, casual environment.

Historically a.NET house, they have recently acquired a B2B, online ordering platform which is written in Python Flask and has an AI tool in the backend to analyse customer behaviour. This is a finished and usable product which initially needs integratingwith my clients systems, and then, improving, enhancing and scaling.

We are therefore looking for a talented Python Software developer to join their friendly team and drive forward the usability of this product in partnership with the Chief Architect - and eventually start growing a Python team in-house, meaning this is anopportunity with huge growth potential.

Ideally, you will be happy working from their office near Oxford once a week but this is flexible.

Must-haves:

- Strong Python coding experience including API development
- Experience with Python frameworks - ideally Flask but Django experience considered
- MySQL or PostgreSQL database development expertise
- experience with Git
- Linux Ubuntu
- AWS
- Strong written and verbal communication
- problem-solving skills
