Regional Sales Director - Devon - Basic Salary £50,000 OTE £80-90K
Our Clients have have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Director to join the leadership team and continue to drive business forward in the beautiful area of Devon
In your role as Regional Director you will lead and oversee management of all Sales Branches in the region. You will work to meet and exceed performance and financial targets set, and you will drive engagement and collaboration amongst your teams...you willwork alongside your peers in other parts of the business to maximise opportunity. You will have previous estate agency experience, this is essential for the role.
This is a fantastic chance to be part of the Senior Management Team within our UK Sales branch network. reporting directly to the Managing Director of the region.
Your role will involve:

- Supporting the company vision and ensuring that the Sales culture is effectively communicated and understood by all colleagues throughout the region
- Recruit, coach, develop and effectively manage all employees to ensure that performance is optimised across the board
- Ensure employee engagement is maximised through 121 s, action planning, pro-active recruitment, minimising attrition and driving retention of your teams
- Manage, monitor and report on the region's performance against agreed key financial business indicators on the region's P&L and against set performance metrics to ensure delivery of income targets
- Grow market share significantly by adopting pro-active working processes and identifying business growth opportunities
- Demonstrable experience of building and leading high performing teams in fast paced and demanding environments
- Been a valued member of high performing teams within a highly customer centric service or retail industry environment
- Proven ability to influence, shape and lead significant change
- Inspirational leadership ability, with approachability and humility
- High levels of P&L accountability and commercial exposure
The Regional Director will offer a competitive basic salary of £50,000 and substantial OTE in the region of £80,000 to £90,000, as well as a company car and generous staff benefits.
