Required to work in a supporting role, ensuring the Reactive Maintenance Contractor perform to the required levels to achieve contract SPI's, liaising Network teams for permitting and Procurement for the ordering of materials to repair Safety Defects whilst carrying out site audits to ensure compliance of Balfour Beatty Safe Systems of Work and processes. Utilising comprehensive knowledge and experience to ensure that all works completed to require Health, Safety and Quality standards.
**What you'll be doing**
As a Operations Supervisor, you will have the following accountabilities:
**Contract**
- Supervision of site activities
- Setting people to work
- Monitoring of Works to ensure they are completed as specified in, Details and the specification of highway works.
- Working within a culture of Zero Harm - embedding the 4 Golden Rules within all aspects of service delivery
- Report all observations - Close Calls and Good Practices
**Governance**
The role will ensure that all the sites that have been assigned to it meet the requirements of the following
- BMS - Group Policy and Procedure
- QM - BIM field 360
- UKCS Customer focus first strategy
- Telematics - Plant and vehicles
- Compliance of NHSS - 12d,16 and 30
- NRSWA
**Who we're looking for**
You will have the following:
- Highways Maintenance experience
- Traffic Management experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- SSSTS
- NRSWA Supervisor
- Lantra 12D - M1/M2, M5, M6
- CSCS
