As a team leader at Kaspa's Desserts you will be required to prepare waffles, coffees, crepes and Sundaes amongst other mouth-watering desserts. You will also serve customers both on the till and the restaurant floor. We’ll train you in our high standardsof customer service, food preparation, and cleanliness and hygiene.

You’ll also occasionally open and close the restaurant to support the Store Manager, including preparing and closing down the kitchen, sorting deliveries, resolving customer concerns and cashing up.

You’ll play an active role in training new and existing team members, and monitoring food safety and cleanliness throughout your shift.

Our opening times are between 11am and 10pm 7 days a week, shifts are distributed fairly on a rota basis. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team, hours are negotiable, but evening and weekend availability is a must.
