**Job Title: Employee Relations Advisor**

**Location: Hybrid working (Home and Bradford Office)**

**Contract Type: Permanent**

**Hours: Full time or part time**

**About the role**

You will be required to deliver employee relations specialist advice and support by telephone to ensure all ER cases and ER practices are managed effectively in line with best practice and agreed service standards.

You will ensure that all Anchor are compliant with internal and external regulatory standards and report incidents of non-compliance in line with legal and internal frameworks.

You will need to determine the best ER solution to mitigate risk of litigation and monitor/report on performance against service standards within own area of work whilst working with others towards the improvement of service delivery.

About you

In this role you will demonstrate a detailed knowledge and understanding of all systems, equipment processes and procedures related to the department and ER. You will have knowledge and hold previous experience of HR technical discipline and/or legal or regulatory framework. You must have proficient use of Microsoft Office and specialist software or systems relating to role and have knowledge of working structures, roles and responsibilities.

For this role, you will have strong influencing skills with the ability to critically analyse complex situations and recommend effective ER solutions. The role requires you to have good written and verbal communication skills and to be computer literate. You will have letter and report writing skills and be skilled at problem solving.
