We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our Energy Infrastructure team which will be home based. **Here's what you'll be doing** We're looking for Site Supervisors to join our grow Energy Installation Services team. In this role you'll be responsible for Management of a Contractor network delivering Energy Efficiency Improvement works to domestic properties with a particular focuson achieving the necessary HSSE and Workmanship Standards in line with the Project Programme Target(s). You'll also support with setting the projects up and delivering this safely by ensuring standards, practices and compliance paperwork is in place. You will act as a pro-active point of contact for the Contractor for the duration of the Scheme ensuring that all requirements are achieved via effective communication and reporting. You will be expected to contribute to a fit for purpose Construction Phase Plan by ensuring that all Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Waste Management Arrangements, COSHH assessments, Emergency Response Protocols, Sub-Contractor Competency Assessmentetc for each Scheme are fit for purpose. This is a fantastic opportunity not just to work flexibly, but also to build a reputation with one of the world's leading energy suppliers in the process. **What we need from you** **What we need you to have** - "Site Level" understanding of either External Solid Wall Insulation, Air Source Heat Pumps or Solar PV particularly the ability to interpret Technical Specifications and assess if these are being correctly implemented. - Experience in influencing internal and external stakeholders to achieve required outcomes. - Experience in or willingness to embrace a role which require a substantial amount of Client reporting to be contributed to via the maintenance of a database system. Training will be given. - Comfortable in the use of Microsoft Office Suite - particularly Word and Excel. - Punctual, attentive and a high level of attention to detail. - Enthusiastic attitude, works well within a team environment that will require a willingness to both provide support and request it when required, supportive, motivates others, shares credit. - Ability to work independently using own initiative and solving problems. - Basic knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015, Health & Safety at work Act 1974 and Management of Health and Safety At Work Act 1999. - Ability to investigate issues and work with relevant stakeholders to reach an effective outcome for our customers. - Full driving licence. **It would be great if you have** - Valid SMSTS is preferred but not mandatory. - Trade Specific or Manager Level CSCS is preferred but not mandatory. - Working knowledge of current Retrofit standards - ie PAS2030;2019, is preferrable. **Here’s what you need to know** We’re committed to equal opportunities and actively promote a diverse and inclusive working environment, and fairness for everyone.
