General Operative - Full-time Role

£30-£40K (dependent on experience)

We currently have an opportunity for a versatile person to join our site maintenance and development team.

Our award winning holiday park is situated at Ullswater in the Lake District.

We are continually making improvements, landscaping and maintaining the grounds of the park to a 5* standard for our loyal customers.

This position has varied roles and would suit someone who has experience working as a plant operative, multi-skilled in construction work and would like to work in a beautiful location.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in various construction tasks on the site such as civil engineering works, building timber/composite decking's etc.
- Support the site manager with organizing and coordinating daily operations.
- Provide guest services as needed, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals efficiently.
- Uphold cleanliness and tidiness on the site to promote a professional image.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in construction industry
- Strong guest services skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
