**Job Title - Customer Service Assistant**

The Customer Service Assistant, will be a key member of our customer service team, liaising with our clients and Drivers to ensure all deliveries and KPIs are met for all our in-network deliveries.

**Work activities & Responsibilities**

Your duties include:

- Answering all in bound calls coming through to our head office lines.
- Liaising with clients to resolve issue and queries around deliveries and drivers.
- First point of contact for all Drivers who may need assistance, this could involve failed deliveries, running behind schedule, general queries regarding their routes.
- Keeping a key communication line between LFE and all our existing clients.
- Ensuring all POD’s are kept up to date which are managed and filed correctly.
- Making sure all bookings are kept up to date and managed on our online booking portal. This will include new bookings and re bookings.

You should have the capability to work in a fast-paced environment, adequate confidence, and skills to manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls, good IT skills is essential.

As a customer services assistant you would need:

- Strong organisational skills.
- The ability to think logically, in high pressure fast-paced situations.
- The ability to work flexibly and to make decisions quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels.

9am - 5pm - Monday - Friday
