**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and food items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café, including workstations, equipment, and dining areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Upsell additional products to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during busy periods.
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks while maintaining quality service.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or café setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is beneficial.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers.
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Culinary experience or knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.
