Lunchtime Supervisor

We are seeking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisor to supervise our children and organise safe, purposeful and creative play during the lunchtime break which will help support positive behaviour over the lunchtime period. Experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided. You will be competent in ICT and be willing to attend Safeguarding and First Aid Training.

**Responsibilities**:

- To supervise children during meal breaks to ensure their welfare and safety is utmost and that good conduct is maintained at all times.
- To uphold and promote the Academy’s child protection and safeguarding policies and procedures and ensure they are adhered to by all staff.
- To promote the safety and wellbeing of students.
- To administer basic First Aid, record details and communicate accidents and incidents to appropriate staff following school procedure.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience of working with children within a caring profession
- Knowledge of basic hygiene procedures
- Numeracy/Literacy skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Appropriate knowledge of First Aid.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 6.25 per week
