**Job Description**:
**What we’re looking for**
Reporting to the Programmatic Channel Lead, the Media Executive is responsible for supporting the media planning and buying efforts across the account. They will activate and manage campaigns across a number of platforms and drive the success of the operation in London.
They will be expected to pick up a range of tasks including media plan creation, billing management, ad hoc and scheduled reporting, creative uploads, inventory forecasts and work across wider projects, e.g. Diversity and Inclusion and audience attention projects.
The Media Executive will work exclusively on GSK and also sit alongside the wider Programmatic team of Executives with flexibility to work from our Chancery Lane or White City offices as well as from home.
**Here’s what your day to day with us would look like**
- Launch and manage Programmatic campaigns
- Plan and buy data driven audience targeting strategies across DV360, The Trade Desk, Teads Ads Manager
- Support the account team across Audience, Attention, Measurement, Diversity and Inclusion projects
- Work closely with Google Account Management and Programmatic Media Director to execute a comprehensive test roadmap for the programmatic channel and appropriate measurement and audience tasks
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of accounts, e.g. timely uploading and management of invoicing
- Actively develop knowledge of programmatic landscape and complete relevant accreditation e.g. DV360 certification, Teads Ads Manager and Amazon DSP accreditation.
- Keep up to date with marketplace and technical developments
- Participate in knowledge sharing initiatives
**Qualifications**:
**Required**:
- Basic understanding and strong interest in digital marketing
- Inquisitive and analytical approach
- Confidence working with internal/external stakeholders and able to build solid working relationships.
- Comfortable in presenting projects or reporting via Teams, Zoom.
- Strong numeracy and Excel skills to support media analysis & planning
- Self-motivated and able to work under their own initiative
**Desirable**:
- Work experience in an agency or similar environment
- Previous experience of using a Demand Side Platform, e.g. DV360
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- Basic working knowledge of analytics packages such as Google Analytics & Data Studio.
