**About us** HR Advisor**

**Hybrid role - Aldridge/Birmingham based**

The fundamental purpose of the Azets HR Advisor role is to ensure that the employee life cycle within Azets is effective, smooth and ensures that our employees receive a positive experience.

The role will be to provide advice and support to line managers, employees and regional HR Business Partners relating to policy and process, as well supporting less complex ER Matters within Azets.

The HR Advisor will on a day-to-day basis work to support the business and will report to a HR Business Partner. They will also work closely with the regional HR Business Partners and the wider HR team.

**The role**
- Ensuring that the employee life cycle is managed and processed smoothly from end to end
- Work with the HR Admin team to develop process and look for improvements
- Advising managers and employees with queries on policies, procedures and terms and conditions of employment
- Support the delivery of accurate and timely transactional HR processes
- Support line managers and employees with all parental leave queries and process
- Conduct exit interviews with all employees who are leaving the business
- Support regional HR teams with employee well being initiatives for the UK
- Collaborate with internal payroll to ensure that pay data is input in a timely manner and is accurate
- Be the first point of contact for all employees who need support, guidance or who may have queries
- Collaborate closely with the HR Admin function in Romania to ensure that all nearshored work is completed in an accurate and timely manner

**Skills & experience**
At least 2-3 years’ experience ideally gained in a fast paced professional services environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous ER experience is highly desirable
- Experience of managing a diverse workload
- Experience of reviewing, developing and implementing new processes
- Acting in professional manner at all times with respect to clients and staff which includes both written and oral interactions.
- Ensuring that all data is managed in accordance with all legal and Corporate requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- A systems think with strong HR administrate experience
- Ability to work with business stakeholders at all levels.
- Experienced in the use of the Microsoft Office suite
- CIPD level 3 + qualified
