At **Snap-on **we are currently looking to hire a **“Social Media Expert” **that will take ownership for all forms of social media.

As a **Digital Marketing Coordinator** you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of activity is maintained every day. You will create, schedule and publish marketing content, manage audience engagement and design strategies that best utilise each type of platform. You will understand that some campaigns will be from Snap-on to the end user customer, and some will be designed for the Franchise network to use to the end user customer.

**Your day to day responsibilities will include**:

- Working closely with the sales team and the rest of the marketing team to create content to integrate the individual marketing strategies into social media channels
- Respond to all social media / digital related issues in a timely manner
- Analyse and report on social media campaigns, highlighting areas for development by preparing detailed media activity reports
- Create video content to support the sales strategies to utilise through social media channels. This will involve product videos and training videos to bring the deals to life
- Build relationships with local car repair garages to lean on for digital content
- Attend Franchisee Sales meetings
- Go on regular Truck Rides with Franchisees
- Maintain weekly contact with our sponsors for mutual benefit sharing good content and developing shared content

**We want to hear from you if you have**:

- Marketing Degree with a focus on Social Media or equivalent working experience (minimum 3 years) within Social and Digital marketing communications
- In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok and WhatsApp
- Excellent knowledge and experience in seeking out news and stories for social media creation
- Able to conduct formal presentations confidently and professionally in meetings or at external events
- You will have experience in social media planning and be able to show evidence of past PPC campaigns
- Has a high level of competency in ICT, specifically Adobe Creative Cloud software with experience producing and editing video and photo content
- Experience with social media management tools such as Social Pilot, HubSpot
- Has excellent communications skills both written and oral and must be proficient at working with others with a calm approach and is a team player
- Is accurate and has a high degree of attention to detail, always goes the extra mile
- Can prioritise work, manage competing deadlines and use their initiative in a variety of situations
